12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return a YouMatrix product for refund (exclusive of taxes, duty, freight, restocking fee of up to 20% of original price and similar charges) or exchange within 30 days of your original order shipment date, if you purchased your YouMatrix product directly from YouMatrix LLC or one of our approved resellers. We will give refunds only to the original purchaser of the YouMatrix product. If the YouMatrix product was a gift, we will exchange it for one of equal or lesser value.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
YouMatrix LLC guarantees your YouMatrix product against defects in materials or workmanship, and against breakage from normal use, for 1 year. If your YouMatrix product is defective or broken within this timeframe, please send the damaged YouMatrix product to

Upon receipt, we will process the replacement order within 5-7 business days. Email us at info@youmatrixit.com with the following information:
- Order number (as originally emailed to you)
- Current ship-to location
If you meet the conditions of our limited warranty, we will send a new YouMatrix product of equal or lesser value.
LIMITATIONS
YouMatrix product return and replacement guarantees exclude (a) damage resulting from misuse of, or abuse to, your YouMatrix product and (b) products purchased from anyone besides YouMatrix LLC or its authorized resellers. Nor do we cover ordinary wear and tear—like minor scratches, smudges, and the like—that reflect everyday use and do not evidence a product defect. Our guarantees and warranties do not apply to products bought from sources not expressly authorized by YouMatrix LLC. We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purposes, and all liability for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from our products, however obtained, and our limited warranty does not cover under any circumstances the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of our products.
WARRANTIES FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
The foregoing limited warranty does not apply, unless you purchased your YouMatrix product from YouMatrix LLC or one of its authorized resellers. If you purchased your YouMatrix product from an authorized YouMatrix reseller, additional warranties may apply. Please direct any returns, exchanges, and warranty claims to your point of sale—not to YouMatrix LLC. YouMatrix LLC extends all of the foregoing warranties to its authorized resellers for the benefit of customers that purchase YouMatrix products from those authorized channels.
